The 6:00am morning jiu jitsu class will be cancelled this week on account of “the man” making me work during this time.

Effective March 1st we will begin having BJJ fundamentals on Thursday’s from 5:30 to 6:30. We will no longer have a comfit class due to this.

Tuesday’s Early Morning Jiu Jitsu will be Cancelled on 2-14

There will be no kids jiu jitsu or kickboxing classes  tonight at springfield fight club due to a treacherously slick parking lot.

There will be no kickboxing or BJJ evening classes this Friday night. Regular class times will resume next week.

We will have no Kickboxing or BJJ classes Friday night due to the Christmas holiday.

All 10am kickboxing classes will be canceled until January 3rd.

The 11/23 morning BJJ class will be no gi.

Starting 12/6/11 we will have a new fundamentals BJJ class starting. This class will focus on basic techniques and drills. It will be from 5:30 to 6:30 and lead into the regular BJJ class.

With this we will no longer have an evening ComFit class on Tuesday’s. ComFit only members will still have access to the weights anytime there is a class going on.
